Experiencing lag issues at Ent bots

I'm experiencing lag at Ent bots, whether I host or not. My ping dances around 200-300 at the moment. I play on Asia and frequently I use Garena.

Any way to fix this?

@ultrasqueak for hosting your own games validate your account under ent link (follow directions) then go to ent link > host > select australia
