Sometimes it takes a couple of hours to receive the email. Check if the email is there now. Also make sure you check both the Inbox and the Spam folders in your email account. Hope this helps.

Uakf.b seem to have fixed the issue and I see you were last active on that account on Wed May 25, 2016 1:18 pm.
