What are the exact conditions of stay percentage? What if all players besides you have left, but the game continues? If you leave then, does that affect stay percentage? What are the specific conditions of leaving?
Does stay percentage only increase if you officially win/lose a game? Or does it count how long you stay in the game, etc?

As far as I know, only leaving will decrease your stay %. This includes all kinds of disconnect and leave after a drew game also counts as a leave.
Winning, losing or the duration of your stay in games do not affect stay % in anyway.

It always counts and you should never leave the game if it isnt marked as won/lost/draw by the bot and thus free to leave.

@Terreocti The Stay % is kinda basic, If a game from start to end takes 100 minutes and someone stay all game = 100% 89min = 89% and so on.
then it adds together all the games you have in stats. so in start the stay % can move alot since you have less time played under your belt so every game can be feelt. Mostly if you are the last to leave even if the game has not been "auto ended" cuz that the map objective was hit. the last person to leave the game will make the game end&unhost since the bot will not keep a game running if no players are there. so ye unless ENT has tweaked how the bots record stuff all games matter but the Elo & ratio might not bee updated with everygame since some/most need a clear winner for it to be recored.
so ye as Radiant says the bot can be harsh, back in the days you were banned if you had a too low stay % and you had a low stay % cuz the bot DCed you. so it was kinda a black whole were you were banned by the bot cuz it messed up (mainly talking about CF now but still the old setings for ban low % was harsh)
ok/normal stay % on MMH is around 65-85% less and you prob aint that good at the maps you play and lose alot & leave right away, since the stay % is only for how long you stay in the game not for how long your playing. some maps have auto quit when you lose. some have a choice and some nothing where even if you lose or win the game wont end makeing the last 1-2 to leave trigger the real end. as maybe you can see if you are the last one ingame, the 2nd last when he left the game might had lagged abit? thats the bot ending the "official" game but not unhosting it so you can stay and play but the game is over. kinda like when you Desync into difrent "game states" you're mostly autokicked after the bot picked the one to keep alive, how it do that is prob just keeping as clsoe to the orgninal or something math stuff. anyway without that setning to autokick/drop people who are not in the main "game state" they were able to keep playing ingame but nothing they did changed for the other players since it's like 2 dimensions. you were still able to chat with eachother but the stuff you did ingame moveing/not moive would not matter part from your game state. the other one will behave as if you left/dced the game and not move.
ok/normal stay % on ENT is abit higher for some reasons. it demands higher % or autoban. the games mainly autohosted games so you prob join something you like & wanna play so the chance of random leaveing is smaller. so standard ENT stay % is around 80%.
