LTD Europe HUGE DELAYs on Entconnect

in my last game, wich just ended, on 1200 ltd, there was a very strange thing. i play entconnect, and i could talk perfectly but i couldnt build anything. first time i couldnt build happend on lvl 10, then on 11, 12, 13 . they guys used DRAW and i thank them for that, but i was not afk nor was i trying to ditch the game if u wana believe that. i just had huge delay . it happend also on lower lvls but the delay was 20-25 sec. so in the end i could build or send , but at 10 and after the delay was over 40 sec so i couldnt do anything else..... any solution?
p.s. and no is not internet........ it is working more then fine. thank you
p.p.s. i tryed to save replay, even that didnt go, i just couldnt click save or abord save(cancel) and i had to exit game from windows rightclick exit then sends u in game and u click exit. Now i TRY to upload that replay and it saying. and i try uploading lastreplay from warcraft... really strange, feels like in twin peaks .

make sure you updated your wc3 to the latest version. the delay is cause by using updated ones
