Problems with entconnect

Whenever I join a game using entconnect, I get disconnected from the game while game is loading.
(the entconnect window is still open and green), what can I do about it?

EntConnect is not yet patched to 1.28.
As long as this doesnt happen you have to play via normal battle.net.
