Why u have the top 10 best players, but doesnt have to the 10 worst players, i want to be in a top 10

People stalk the forums and we would rather not have players stalking/ridiculing those at the bottom of the list. We are a friendly community and would not wish that on anyone. People would avoid them and we do not want that.
