@Murdugan Only entconnect is validated (which it is by default). Your battle.net accounts are not validated at this moment.

Where do I need to whisper? Ingame? I joined the channel Clan.Enterprise and wrote !validate i0c87v9
Or how do I do it? If I type in "/w Clan.Enterprise !validate i0c87v9" I get the message that the user is not logged in.

"Clan.Enterprise" was recently renamed to "ClanEnterprise", and the only difference being the period has been removed.

I've confirmed just now that "ClanEnterprise" is online for the following realms:
1. USEast
2. USWest
3. Europe

It is offline on the following realms:
1. Asia
