Not able to join 1200 game from US WEST

Hi Guys,

I have the last 2 days not been able to join the 1200 LTD on my US WEST account. It works from other gateways (but i am not 1200 on them)
Is it possible to get Melphis transffered from US west to Us East ?

Or do we have an ETA when it will work again ?

Atleast you can check the botstatus to see on which realm they are working. https://entgaming.net/status.php

At this point in time it looks like transferring your stats will not benefit you since the bot is offline for all realms minus EuroBattle. As mentioned by Ziadoma, use the link to check the current online status of a bot on a per realm basis.

Would advise waiting for the bots to reconnect prior to switching your stats to another server.
Unfortunately there is no ETA at the moment for when this will be resolved.

*Update*
Currently bots are being restarted, so the bot may come online in next while.
Keep an eye out on the Bot Status page to see if the bot comes back online.
