How to ban a person that uses Garena to join my games?

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to ban a player that joins my games via Garena? Thanks.

Have you tried to use your individual ban list?

Never used it so I can't tell you if it works.

Yeah, I tried the individual ban list but it only lists Battle.net servers, not Garena. I'm hoping an individual, personal ban for this works because I wouldn't want to ban the guy from all of ENT games.

Sounds like an @uakf.b problem.

The "Add Ban" on the individual ban lists is anyway disabled. If you !ban in game it should ban on Garena.

However I don't think it's instantaneous, but works.
sidenote: last time I banned spider, he could join, took some minutes to be effected. :3

It's too confusing with multiple validated accounts and such, just use !ban in-game.

Yes, of course it's only from your games. It only applies to the username that you ban it from. It bans by IP address and by username on your private banlist.

Yeah, we can't IP ban them from auto-hosted bots. You can ban them on your ban-list like the other said.
