can't use any command

i think something its wrong,i can host maps through ent gamming, but when i join in the lobby i cant use any command like: !pub,!start.
maybe you can tell me if i do something wrong

Have you verified your in-game account with your forum account?
Also, did you use /w <botname> sc to spoof check yourself manually?
