1400 elo. cant join 1200 games.

So 1400 elo and i cant join 1200+ games. Sais not enough elo.. Wtf is up with that?
Sorry for posting here but .. waiting for an answer for some time now. Nobody bothered to try fix my problem.

When you join Entconnect your stats are reset. You can't play 1200 elo games with an account that's 1000 elo.
