Problem with score, realm

this game i remember very good, that person had around 1350 elo, we play 1vs1 and when game end it did give me only 2 elo, count him as 1k elo

his profile have 1 loss with no realm, if you can fix that, thanks.

@pistov He played through Garena. Stats are correct.
