Long story short, after patch warcraft 3 tft wants me to put in a cd. Nice joke, how can I fix this? :p

you should still be able to play using ENT Connect or eurobattle.net

That's odd. Were you playing through valid version, but forgot your CD-Key? It normally shouldn't ask you for CD-Keys.

Also, did it ask for CD-Key before or after you updated to 1.28?

@Hazardous I removed all the wc3 files from my pc and reinstalled it, after that everything seems to work as usual so this can be processed
