U.S. east hosting is down

I have tried multiple times today to host and am unable to join my hosted games through ent, i also notice others arent able to, its not that the games arent showing as hosted through the ENT sites on games list, its that i am unable to join said games on battle.net, i have no idea if anyone has posted about this today or not and i appologize if this is spamming you. thank you for your support.

East down all AP dota games are down but Europe (which no one is on)

I see other games, but looks like HELLHALT TD is not up. 2 hours ago I was playing and game disconnected all of sudden, so maybe server went down.
Can someone restart HELLHALT TD?
