lagging out

i have been playing 2 games on ent. the only games i play. i have been lagging a few on legion td, but have have lagged out a few times on civilization wars. (2 bans due to lagg out) i feel anothe coming due to 2 recent lagg outs. I always finish game whether win or lose. I have a Strong internet not off wi fi n still lag out. please help.
