Tried using different browsers (chrome, microsoft edge, firefox) but seems explorer only works. Whenever I tried other browsers and click entconnect, it says, "please install java" eventhough I have and enabled them.

The latest version of Chrome and the 64-bit version of firefox either block or supports their own little version of java that's not compatable with entconnect, if that's what you're trying to use it for.

Maybe that's why - had firefox newly installed (so it's prolly the latest updated version) and I dunno the problem for chrome since been using that for ages.
