Not banned but I can't join the game

Realm: U.S. East
Gamename: [ENT] NWU -SDSm #13
Bot username: ent71
Situation: I don't know if I am banned or I spammed trying to get into that was apparently full
Why you should be unbanned: I don't think I am banned, it dosen't say I am, when I write the game name and try to join it a message appears that the game has started or that the name changed but I checked and it wasn't full I just can't join for some reason can someone help me

You are not currently banned.

There are some remedies that I have found work or someone else have found work:

1. Try restarting your computer or router.
2. Try joining using another realm. If you usually play on USeast, try USwest.
3. Try using ENTconnect or Gproxy.
