can't join games

I was playing 4 games on sdem this morning and after the 4 game I can't join any game now, it said I am banned in a civalization war game but I have never played it. I posted in the ban appeal but they said I wasn't ban and it's a entconnect problem. so I am posting here.

Well I checked your IP and there were no bans, if the bans aren't there then it's more than likely an ent-connect problem.
@uakf.b could you weigh in on this.

Set the proxy setting to disabled and try again.
