Regarding the latest update

I'm playing through entconnect on warcraft 3 version 1.27b, after the latest updates when i join a lobby, it automatically downloads the map that i already have downloaded, and then gets kicked from the lobby after the map has been downloaded(again). What are the other versions of warcraft 3 that entconnect works?

Entconnect still only works for 1.27b . This issue you describe is a 1.29 patch issue that will hopefully be fixed.
