Map: Duskwood_LV.w3x [7cikg] is bugged

Hello!

I have tried to host this map several times and 10/10 it kicks me back to battlenet when I start the game (no loading screen).
(other maps work perfectly fine when I host)

mapname: (4)Duskwood_LV.w3x
uploader: breezewc3
load code: 7cikg

Please delete this map, so I can re-upload it!
(It is the current official Blizzard version of this ladder map, so it would be good if I could fix it by re-uploading it - hopefully)

I have hosted the map, and loaded into the game successfully in the following scenarios.
  1. Solo
  2. 1x Computer Insane
  3. FakePlayer
3/3 without being kicked at lobby.

Have not tested this with another human player, however, did not run into the issue you were having. If you'd like me to test with a human player let me know, however, does not appear to be an issue.

Try hosting the map once more, and let us know if you're still having issues.

Thanks for your effort, I have re-hosted couple of times and found out this:

1. If I host without observers it works fine, no problem
2. If I host it with observers, it unhosts itself at gamestart.
3. This map is not the only one that does this, for instance (4)LostTemple.w3m | jeffjeffjeff25 | [f82nz] has the same problem too
4. Not all ROC (.w3m) maps are bad, for instance (2)HillsOfGlory.w3m | gug1st | [r2so9] works fine with or without observers

With regards to observers, we have experienced issues with observer slots beyond that of the default melee map pool. This would include LIHL, and Island Defense (from my experience), and can only assume other custom/melee maps also experience the same issue.

This all started occurring around the 1.29.2 patch release, and there is no diffinitive way for this to be fixed yet.

I do not believe the map themselves are broken, but more likely something on the bots end. Be it compatibility issues, or something that needs to be updated in the code.

With regards to removing the map, we do not moderate our map database.
The issue of the map not hosting appears to be related to observer slots only.

Okay, in that sense re-uploading the map wouldn't make a difference.
