Bot not work

Hi Staffs and technical support, the " Bot name: Ent.Europe5 " does not work correct. we cant join from EUrope into this game. would be nice if you could fix this . thanks in advance.

Hey there! I see that there are other EntEurope bots are currently working, if you check out the "Bots Status" page, but EntEurope5 is offline, it may be due that we are short on CD Keys at the moment and we also rename the bots name. (It is no longer Ent.Europe5 for example).

hi! thank you for this reply. i use the old host game page because i like it more. I got used to it. it's easier, clearer and I can see which players are in each game. it feels like every 4th game i hosted, i cant join or my friends from other servers cant join ;/

should be possible to join from every realm, if no would be nice if you can fix it or disable this server. if it host but cant join makes no sense.

i know you guys doing a great job

It should be working for all realms, but maybe the map that your trying to host, is not compatible due to previous patches, I assume.

From time to time, bots can be IP banned from the battle.net servers (currently the issue being experienced). This is out of our control, and can usually take up to 24 hours (on the lenient side, can be more), for a ban to expire on our bots/IP(s).

You can check the bot status page to see what realms our bots are available on. Some of the bots you're having issues with are available on specific realms.
