I have a problem validating my Battle net account

Hello ENT Team,
I follow the steps as written in the website, I login to Battle net with my account, then i whisper the bot with the code given but still my account is not validated. Can you please assist me with that as i wish to transfer my Battle.net stats to my WC3connect account. Both accounts names are: Sp@nkeR
