Disconnected and Desynced

Last night I was hosting a few games with an ENT bot, but it seemed during the game alot of people would lag. I just assumed it was their terrible connections, but then at one point we all simultaneously lagged. This happened a few times in multiple games, and people were dcing like crazy. And then, this happened 2 or 3 times, the bot would desync or something mid game. It would say something along the lines "Warning! desync detected, players still in game state: -players here-" Then we would all get booted =/
Am I doing something wrong or does this just happen some times?
