Can't Connect to any ENT Room's/Bot's!!!

Hello there guys I need help for my acc...,
I usually use Garena to play war3 and when I join any ENT room's, it wont let me go in!!! :x
This is the day I created this account so I can complain in this Forum !!! :shock:
I created my own Ent Hosting in garena, I saw my room and... Won't let me in either... !!!
I really love to play war3 so much that I... posted in this forum! :D
Why oh why Can't I play !? Am I BANNED from this... what did I do wrong !? :(
Please reply Forum Staff's !!! :cry:

One of them is his friend who was ipbanned, the other guy only plays autohosted recently..
