Hosting through chat bot

well i am trying to use ent europe bots .(currently at serpi no info. yes a pvpgn)
so before reading my walltext is it possible to host with chat at a pvpgn? if yes pls help me with my issue xd

currently there are some europe bots that i can and cant join in, but can host anyway ...

what i want to do is host a game i can join in lol xD. to do that i thought i could host trough the chat bot as the link explains

i type

and

!pub maracas

and nothing happen...

can you guys tell me what am i doing wrong pls?

The public hosting system is down. So for the time being you wont be able to host. We are working on a fix. I know this is frusterating, But be patient please .

Is it still down? I've seen other games being hosted on there but it won't work for me.

I usually just use !map and !pub to host a game, how do I choose locations? xD
