Hello, I'm facing a problem with my ENTLink ban list when I click manage my bans it shows that my ban list is empty and when I check validated accounts it shows 3 accounts and I can't see any players in my ban list and i'm sure there are atleast 3 players banned and can't unban them :/ . I use eurobattle and garena and I think all my recent bans were made through eurobattle

ixoscarxi has 3 same entconnect accounts validated and it seems he cant see his personal banlist and his old ban has rolled bak or something (his friend whom he unbanned is banned again).

Is this due to a link problem or a bot rest/roll back?

There is no problem here, the user made those bans from server.eurobattle.net and not entconnect. You need to validate eurobattle in order to see your bans made from that server.

I would validate the eurobattle account for you, but there isn't any options that allow me to do that :/

validate garena as well if it's possible garena username is same (IXOscarXI)

yeah I remember that he was banned by me for stealing items in tbr but I banned in wrong region I guess(since there was no option of banning on garena) anyway that ban got removed after my username got changed due to this post viewtopic.php?f=42&t=27872
after that it was fine for some days then suddenly I have 3 entconnect accounts linked ( I never used entconnect no idea how to anyway) and the ban issue is kinda back.

You haven't mentioned that the accounts suddenly appeared. Perhaps unlink them by pressing delete or doesn't that work?

ok so I clicked on delete on 1 of those 3 accounts and when I refreshed the page 2 accounts were deleted I am now left with this

so to delete this or not ?

Edit : I tried deleting the last one but whenever I open back to check if it's deleted it's still there.It's not getting deleted for some reason

We are unable to validate Eurobattle account since we don't have channel bot on that realm. I deleted four bans under "ixoscarxi@server.eurobattle.net". You don't need to delete the validated accounts, that won't accomplish anything.

so my banlist won't work if I ban from eurobattle ? also what about garena ?

It'll work, but you can't unban.

Can you please delete all bans from my eurobattle account?
and will the unban feature work if i use garena ?

They were already deleted. Garena won't have unban support either, only Battle.net / ENT Connect.

but that's impossible unban works fine on garena, my friend bans/unbans many people he can see all names on his banlist unlike me

Edit : wait do you mean this thing can't be fixed or whole of garena doesn't have banlist feature ?
