ENT Connection problem .

Hi , im encountering some problems in connecting to the ENT Bot . It doesn't seem that "Once the security java applet popped up, run the application. Wait until it's green." step doesnt apply to me . I dont know exactly . Please help ! I do have the last version of java + I checked if it''s on the plugins .

Same, I used ENT Connect for months successfully. One day, out of the blue, the little square would not turn green. It was stuck on cyan. I mentioned this in an earlier post and the only support I got was a useless link to the color troubleshooting post. Apparently, Cyan indicates a failure to connect and could occur for many (any?) reason.
I continue, like the two of you, to be unable to use ENT Connect.

@razorel99 @Zeaos @juegosjyzus07I believe u guys had problems connecting when the server was unstable. The applet should be functioning fine now. If u guys still have troubleshoot problems, plz make a new topic or PM me.
