sudden disconnection

Hello, I have been recently kicked from two games automatically, a few minutes after it started. Everybody was lagging and having problems with the server connection.
Games were : [ENT] DotA arem us/ca #4 13/09/2014, 14:38

I would like to have back my elo and do not have any ban for leaving, since i wasnt kicked from any votekick and I had normal internet during those games (this is not the first time that happens and If there is any way to solve it please let me know, becauseending games like that after 10 minutes it is really annoying).

i have the exact same problem, the bots are disconnecting and recinnecting all the time, i alrdy got banned. plz fix this.

Im asusming your talking about these games, not arem #99:

For your first game, unfortunately, we dont fix/adjust elos. Not everyone got disconnected, but it seems multiple people did in both games. But, your 2nd game was automatically counted as "draw" (no elo change).

It is probably due to a packet loss, but you may post your WinMTR result, so we can check your response with our server. Use 192.99.13.228 as the host.

Thanks for fast response. Yes you are right, I am mistaken of arem 99, that games was fine. The ones I got disconnected were 4 and 7.

Here I copy you the Win MTR result. I followed the web page instructions with the host you provided (never used it before, neither I do know what this does but I hope that helps).
