Need help

I am trying to download gproxy to my computer but am running into many problems. I need assistance if anyone can help me I would appreciate it. I have downloaded and gotten to the three files. I have even reached the DOS screen. But from there, NO FREAKING LUCK. Sick and tired of being disconnected from games. Any takers on helping me?

Yes i have i have gotten the DOS screen that says
Config warning-unable to read file
grproxy starting up
gproxy starting winsock
gproxy setting process priority to above normal
grpoxy unable toopen the registry key
gproxy could not start war3.exe! make sure gproxy is in your warcraft iii istall directory
gproxy listening for game connextions on port 6125
gproxy listening for warcraft connextions on port 6112
gproxy gproxy++ verison 1.1 gui mod

Did you play the gproxy.exe inside of the wc3 directory?
