Stay ratio & ban length

Hi, I dc'ed and my stay ratio is over 92%. Why am I still being banned for 3 hours? Shouldn't it be 1 hour for 90%? Please help.

this happens if u get the second autoban short after the last did expire. if u want to post an appeal, do it here pls:
