Can't join arem us/ca games

Hi, I am logged in a europe server. Can't join onarem us/ca games, but can on all other dota games. Maybe more ppl is experiencing this trouble. Any advice?

Type /whois ent38 and let me know if the bot is on/off.
If the bot is off, probably a temporary problem. You can play at another realm meanwhile.

I have exactly the same problem, I just looked into this section to make a post about it. I can join all other ENT (or also non ENT) games in the lobby, but arem doesn't work.

I tried the /whois thing. Message says that this user is offline.

It should be on all the realms now.
