Can't See ent57 on b.net

why? it shows on makemehost.com under game queues and lists but can't join it or find it on b.net uswest

Cant play on another realm. My account is set as uswest. I tried to create a temp account but it automatically defaults to uswest.

Is it possible to reset the bot? It has been over a week now that ent57 is not showing up on uswest.
