Quick Question

I don't know if this is a dumb question but how does stats swap work? If i had 20 games on one account with 1200 elo and 15 games with 1150 elo on another it just swaps the stats? Is there a way to merge them or what? And also i had an account Whosdaddy@useast and my stats got wiped a while ago for Dota was wondering if those could get restored and my questions be answered, thanks
