So I'm using ent connect trying to join games when it goes green and all I get is: unable to join specified game, please try again, or select a diffirent game and on the ent connect it turns blue. I tried join almost all games and I get the same. My nickname is trolex13

Have you validate your account? If so, just let game get refreshed. It happen mainly for the first 2-3 first pop-up game.

Also check if you're banned. Would be helpful to know that part too ^^

when I try validate /w clan.enterprise it says user is not logged on

That mean the bot is not actually logged. One tip I can give you is try /join clan ent

After that check if the bot Clan.Enterprise is in the said channel.

Whisper him or even try to type it directly in the Battle.net chat.

I may be missing something out. I remember having issues a little with it too but it was something stupid as 'bot was not log on at the said time I was trying'. <.<

Make also sure you have choose the right @realm and typed correctly your username!

Add the bot as a friend, too. Helps for finding the same custom game
