I got that problem with the dll files. I don't remember how to fix that (FOR SURE).

Try this, it fixed it for me (it wasn't related to gproxy, never used that). *again nothing is 150% sure

So go into configuration panel > program (uninstall program) > double click on your microsoft visual ++ or w.e it is. 2012 - 2013 usually it is.

REPAIR.

Done. Reinstalling didn't worked for me. TBH. I have 5 of visual ++... Since I installed and reinstalled shit over and over. Repairing one actually solve the problem. Take the (86x) for 32bit and (64x) for 64 bit. Repair.

Regarding CF, not much we can do. It's a client-sided issue and re-starting wc3 is the only way to solve it. If you still disc, it might be due to third party tools in your folder.

Sry had no internet for some days. Yes, changed nothing.

Wc3 is a 32 bit application so I'd have a bit more belief you'd have better luck with x86 then amd64

@milfhunter96 , Dayum maybe because you replaced some files in System32 and ruined it. I dont really know if this will fix your problem but maybe try some Registry Fix ? Or reformat and make sure your windows version is Windows 7 Ultimate because its the best for gaming I think ? And a genuine.
