Rule in questions:
Refusing to repick Dark Seer or Ogre Magi when asked to do so.

Why it should be gotten rid of/changed:

1) If you do -ar (all random) and repick into one of them then you can't swap out of them (only 1 repick is allowed, and the repick is random)

2) THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM! All potential abuse of them is covered by the other rules. Someone can use them and not abuse with them. Simply saying someone can not use them AT ALL if they have no intention to abuse just makes no sense. J

Yeah but what happens if someone randoms into them, and then refuses to repick them? Are you saying that should be allowed as well?

To be honest, most people want them to repick anyways. If they repick into it, then nothing can be done. It is to prevent as much abuse as possible.
