Autoban Custom Hero Arena

Is it possible to remove autoban from this game? you can take as many of my donor points as you need in exchange for this. Many players have terrible computer setups, and are disconnected during the game load due to timing out. It would be discerning for them to be banned because of it. There are fail-safes built into the game which make early-game leaving not a problem.

Asking you to spend your time modifying a code so that I can better enjoy a game is why I bring that up. I feel guilty making requests of someone offering a free service. That and I am looking for something to spend them on. They are burning a hole in my pocket!

Donation points can't be used on changing the ENT service that affects other players. It's only for personal rewards.
