Showing someone is banned

If someone is banned it never shows on the stats page to other player that they are actually banned.

How possibe is it if someone gets banned to put some on their stats page showing everyone they are banned and until when, Maybe even what they are banned for?

Maybe just something that might be a good idea, Let me know your feed back guys.

In theory, there is a Bans tab on the Stats page that you could just look up their name, but I guess if you just want to look at them at a quick glance then...

You aren't saying ban history though right? Just if they are currently banned? So if they are unbanned or their ban wears off, it would just disappear right?

True, people could just look at their stats page then if they don't have their account linked with ENT Link too.

Yes i just mean it showing the current ban linked to that account, Makes things alot quicker to see if a player is banned etc.. And after their ban is finished the RED WRITING WITH THE BAN INFO goes away.

Just a little idea.

At the moment if a player is banned and you search their stats you have no idea that they are even banned or what for EG: floridahero@useast.battle.net is banned for votekick abuse and was number 10 on the top 10 of stats when this happened, But if you look at his stats page youd have no idea he's banned. http://clanent.net/openstats/?bans=&search=floridahero

I think this would be nice for the explicit reason that in a Ban Appeal that says "can you just tell me how long my ban is?" we can just post a link to their Stats page. Then eventually people might realize they can just check their stats page for ban status.

Aslong as its easy enough to set up then yea, Aswel as u meantioned it would make less post asking about their ban's and also it would make it alot eaiser for us if it was a ban appeal to go to their stats page, and see why they were ban (game link or something along those lines.)

The only reason I said that is because it would be easier to show people how to find their ban instead of ENT Link, but it's much easier (at least for me) to use the Ban Manager

Well, it does show reason and some other information when they join games already.

Correct, the only reason basically to show it on their stats page would be so that people know if they are looking at someone banned for maphacking, or if their stats are actually real.
