Suggesting some heroes changes for balance ...

legion commander should be downgraded a bit ... he is already op with courage and press the attack :
- increase his ulti cd from 50 to something around 180
- remove the pemanent dmg gain (does void, clockwerk, bs, sniper or others heroes gain perma dmg for ulti kills ???) ... duels fail in less than 5% cases ...

tidehunter :
- decrease his ulti cd from 150 to something like 25 (sven stun cd is 13, sniper ulti cd is 10-20, sb with aghanim is 20)

centaur :
- give him back his former ulti (add str) combined with global haste ...

We are not the map maker. Every patch has its ups and downs buffs and nerfs.

6.83 has been out for a long time where lc isnt op. But, sniper/undying are strong.

6.84 by another map maker has been out and we are hosting it on ent7.

With your suggested changes lc would become ass and tide and cent (esp tide) would be extremely broken.

On a slight off-topic note:

Why doesn't icefrog upgrade the wc3dota versions to sync with dota2? I tried playing wc3dota and even a lot of the older changes weren't implemented, like new items and TA being about to psi blades ancients.
