The bot announcement, "Merc builder is now BANNED. Do not pick him." was added when the merc ban suggestion was implemented.
Only apply warning bans (1day ban) for now and after a week or so, we can go with full ban duration.
Actually, I think I will just go ask 3.41d to also be hosted on ent18: https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=166&t=66731
I am not sure if 3.41d map is stable as 3.41c and I am not sure if the map is fine with crossers, but I guess we shall see.
