Maximum DL time in lobby

At this moment im still waiting for some douchebag in his 56k dial up-modem to download the latest LoD map.
And as you cant kick in the lobby, 9 of us just have to sit and wait for this douche minute after minute.

I suggest limiting the download-time to 90s. If you havnt downloaded the map in less than that you should be kicked.
You can rejoin ofcourse, but if it takes more than 90 s this time too - temp-ban for 2-3 minutes.
And ofcourse the same message as when you join and youre banned - link to the easiest downloadsite.

As well as theres only one [ENT] LoD -sdems6bod2 up, were blocking loads of people from playing - cus he cant DL from a website instead.

And after keeping us waiting for like 15 minutes, the asshole fucking leaves.

Well, one instance of someone taking dam long to download in lobby wont disable downloads.

If this happens again, come on ent chat and ask a mod to investigate. Moderator will kick him/her for stalling the lobby if needed depending on how long it would take for him/her to download.

We have enabled download because the map is new.

For how long will it be enabled? I have no problem waiting 20-30 s or even up to a minute (took me 15s to dl it) and i think its good that you have!

A lot of people cant download on thier computers, or if your on a it-café.
But waiting more than 2 minutes is just annoying, when everyone is ready and the dude dl is just being a douche, not trying to rejoin to see if the connection goes better.

Maybe a minimum downloadspeed of 30kb/s?

We cannot limit users from downloading based on their download speed.

Usually it would be logical to leave the lobby if you download really slow or you are stuck.

If we hear similar problems arising, we will disable downloads.
