!Votebalance being an automatic function.

In the normal ent games, not 1200+, !votebalance should really be just automatically done before the game starts. The team stacking is getting a tad ridiculous.

Well, i'm glad to not be the only one with a concern over it.

I'll probably stick to other games for now until there is something done about the stacking; playing against a team of 1400's when my whole team including myself under 1k is just nonsense. Pretty dissapointed there isn't a larger effort to teach new players, but i suppose the character of a community is only as good as the individuals that inhabit it.

I agree with hazard on that. I usually only play with friends.
!votebalance is a vote.
If you want to play a shuffle player game you can host
your own games with ENT bots and do the command -sp
wich will shuffle the players at the beggining.

As mentioned before, forcing autobalance isn't viable (as there's people who likes to play with friends); It might be worth a try getting an autobal bot, but as far as i know, many dind't join autobal games back then, so it was cancelled (If more are interested, we could give it a new try in the future).
