regard the AFK rule in Lod

on This game maverickrohan play his game and banned coz the game is over and he sit at foutain for the game to end sooner coz his team don't know ff and he got banned 3 days for that.
been play with him long time to know he is the last one on team to give up. i think he has a good reason to do that. coz game is terribly over no way to comeback just fed and fed that u can do.
I see some scenario when the game been prolong by dominated player in lod. foutain farm to boost stat ect. if u have 1 hit fist u can kill forever in fountain without need to push. and its pointless to play any more when the game is over.
why ban player who stay at fountain to preserve there stats coz their team refuse to !ff coz teammate are newbie or enemy spy or troller.
why leaving the game banned 2 hr and stay in fountain banned 3 days. There are !Kickafk command ingame.

Lod game i think u should not ban people who stay at fountain but not afking.
they not leave the game but waste their precious 20 min times to wait for the game to end coz they have dignity since their teammate dont wanna ff. And maverick do give a very good statement that Mod here should have a better judgment, interpret and enforce the rule here. don't be robot.
please change or add amendment for the guide line for this AFK rule for LOD plz.
don't lose good players. Lod game players pool not that great to enforce such strict and harsh rule like this.

That sounds like a terrible argument to end your suggestion with...

The afk rule is not special for LoD - it is a general rule as afking in-game is ban-able for any game. There's a difference between refusing to play (aka staying at mount) and afking (e.g. afking and thus not defending the base).

I am confident that the moderator has judged the case properly as afking with no big impact (e.g. game end) would not end up as a three days ban but perhaps with a few hours or a day. Additionally, it would be labeled as refusing to play if the player was still chatting but didn't play.

Given that there are many scenarios in DotA (whether you can win or not is always subjective), I will side with the moderator and deny the suggestion.

Besides, he has been votekicked and Hyo has given a reasonable explanation as to why afking in DotA or LoD doesn't matter (viewtopic.php?f=24&t=94830&p=376843#p375411). If it you play with stats, you gotta accept both sides. You can't choose. However, I would like to stress that ENT does not recommend leaving @Larz . The only exception so far has been if the game glitches or bugs for the users.

There are a few options for you though:
I. Let the player in question appeal his ban.
II. If that fails, let him post a complaint.
III. If that is approved, he may post a suggestion to change the LoD to specifically alter the afk ruling.

Given that the appeal has been approved and the user did not complain, the suggestion is denied either way.

tl;dr; If the game is shit (which happens daily in LoD, duh), you gotta stick with your team - it's the unbalanced nature of the game. Dont just sit in the base afking only because you think the game is over. It isnt only the game you ruin for your teammates _but the enemies_, too. Everyone in the game deserves to have a fair and fun game.
