Autostart command announcement

Once you use the !autostart command, every 15 seconds the bot tells you how many players are needed before the game automatically starts (duh). The thing is, 15 seconds is way to little and creates spam. My suggestion is to set it to 45. It is really too fast and covers the chat box too fast (2 lines every 15 seconds).
