After reading a lot of "don't wanna use inappropriate word to express myself", I must say how complaints in this form are big fail for community. On first view, you are trying to protect your and site reputation, but with this public arguing... it looks really bad.
Maybe you should think about how to reorganize complaints to be with more limits for public, but with more freedom when posting complaints and to be available for some range of users, not for all.
I mean:
"beerlord bad admin (unfair ban)"
"Dumb rule or dumb mod?"
"BeerLord abuse of power"
"admin abuse Av1oN"
"Hazardous is rage deleting comments because they go against what he thinks"

Re: About Complaints boards
We already filter out "bad" complaints in terms of missing links, no evidence (aka pure qq).
We do not, however, censor the title or complaint itself. Fortunately, staff members and public users read the final decision posted on complaints, so the title or amount of topics in there is rather trivial.
