LoD Banned skill combos (Rule change)

This is a followup of this thread here: viewtopic.php?f=43&t=115826

As the new map won't be updated for 1.28, I suggest to remove some of the combos that were removed in the new patch.

The two most broken combos that were removed were rearm + phantasm and rearm + x-mark. A simple ban on these two combos would go a long ways.

tl;dr : Ban rearm + phantasm and ban rearm + x mark

Please don't spam the topic with other combos that you think are overpowered that were NOT removed from the newest patch

Primary changes
Checkout config.lod file which appears after launching map in the WC3 root directory. You can use it to setup static hotkey per every slot. More info at config.dota description. Note that some features are still unavailable, even if included into config. More to come later.
All picked skills will now appear in the order you pick them. The order of spells won't change, even when buying aghanims, or refreshing spells with Rearm, or learning new spells. This only affects your own hero - skill-layout on your allies' PCs may be different. If you don't want this feature, go into config.lod file, which appears after the very first launch of the map, and change the option StaticSkillsLayout from true to false
You can now see your allies' spells, their spells' levels and cooldowns by clicking on their hero.
Fixes
Cooldown reduce is now properly displayed on the skillpanel and affects all skills properly
Fixed issues with cooldown reduce and Morphs (fixed hero models changing with Octarine Core + morph)
Fixed Soul Rip damage when targeting Tombstone
Fixed Laser manacost on lvl4
Fixed Laser visual effect
Fixed Mana Burn affecting enemies twice per melee attack
Fixed Chakram (Agh) disappearing on respawn, fixed staying disarmed forever
Fixed Incapacitating Bite always displaying level 1 data
Fixed Incapacitating Bite not working correctly and displaying Drunken Haze debuff on affected enemies
Fixed Grow! + Aghanim drop/pickup + Tiny's model interaction
Switching forms with Permanent Invisibility (Riki) will now interrupt invisibility properly
Fixed Solar Crest missing bonus armor to targeted ally, fixed missing FX
Fixed Multicasted Rocked barrage not properly following it's caster
Fixed Haunt illusions ignoring stuns
Fixed Insatiable Hunger (Broodmother ulti) staying permanently under some circumstances
Added a 0.1 cooldown to Bristleback passive to prevent possible looping and fatal errors
Fountains are now invulnerable
Fixed Enigma's model
Fixed issue with Trueshot aura and repicking the hero
Freezing Field no longer multicasts independently, now instead increases the normal skill's effect
Fixed Morphing's model issue with Dagger and Heart of Tarrasque
Improved Dagger's cooldown mechanic
Deathmatch (DM) mode: Moonshard buff will no longer be lost when dying
Fixed Glyph lasting 4 seconds instead of 5
Fixed Marksmanship granting double damage bonus to illusions instead of normal bonus (was only visual)
Fixed Spell immunity bonus from Rage disappearing if morph has been used while it lasts
Updated Viper, Leshrac and Necrolyte models
Spirit Bear should now die properly in DM mode if your hero dies
Balance
Reduced -r# (reset spell 1-6 in pickphase) command CD to 1s
Damage block of Kraken Shell is now halved if you have any item with damage block (PMS, Stout, Vanguard, Crimson Guard)
Mortal Wounds can no longer be caused by illusions
Death ward no longer gives a free Linkens charge on use
Blood Bath herokill heal from 10/20/30/40 to 15/20/25/30%, creepkill from 10/15/20/25 to 5/10/15/20%
Blood Bath bonus attackspeed values lowered from 10/20/30/40 to 15/20/25/30
Blood Bath hero-kill AS/damage buff from 20 to 15s
Techies mines cast range reduced by 15
Earth Spirit STR from 21+2.9 to 20+2.7
Pit Lord BAT from 1.7 to 1.8, STR from 25+3.1 to 23+2.9
Bear Form MS from 295 to 290
Witchcraft MS bonus from 4/6/10/14% to 4/6/8/10%
Tauren Chieftain BAT from 1.7 to 1.8, AGI from 20+2.2 to 19+1.9
Shapeshift (lycan) CD from 100/70/40 to 100/80/60, movespeed from 650 to 600
Chaos Bolt manacost from 140 to 150
Dragon Form attack range from 650 to 625
Dragon Form illusions no longer get Corrosive Breath
Death Coil now grants you back the manacost if you score a killing blow with it (even creeps)
Fixed Death Coil tooltip
Aphotic Shield cast range from 500 to 600
Swoop Down CD reduced to 50. Non-victim stun duration from 1.35 to 2s
Dark Pact now removes any positive buffs from enemies hit by it
Spell Shield (AM) now has a 30% passive chance to reflect any targeted spells back on the caster (like Lotus Orb)
Multicast: successful multicasts increase manacost of the mc'd spell by 40/80/120%. Takes the extra mana after the cast, and still multicasts normally even if your mana would be under 0 after the cast.
Caustic Finale slow reduced from 25% to 20%
Haunt CD increased from 120 to 130
Haunt illusion damage from 70% to 40%. Ranged haunt illusions 20%
Rage duration decreased by 1
Rage will now properly stack if multiple instances were casted
Chemical Rage CD from 45 to 60
Insatiable Hunger CD from 45 to 60
Manabreak now works on range hero illusions
Manabreak now only burns half of the mana if on a range hero, and half of that again if on a range hero illusion
Relocate CD from 90/75/60 to 80, Agha CD from 30 to 50s
Fire show aoe reduced by 25
Walrus Punch on range heroes is now only a 2.5x crit, slow reduced by 1s on range.
Fixed hero with Darkness having a dot on the minimap, making him visible on the minimap even while invisible
Fixed Skewer, Telekinezis and Lightning Grapple could make units stuck
Fixed Heart Of Tarrasque providing HP regen couple more seconds after being disabled, added buff icon
Rot aoe increased by 40, slow from 27 to 30%
Goblin's Greed bonus gold cap from 8/16/24/32 to 8/14/20/26. Rune bounty to 3x all levels
Empowering Haste bonus MS from 8/10/12/14% to 6/8/10/12%
Removed Witchcraft restriction on mirror image based skills
There can only be 3 TB illus active at the same time, the one that exists the longest will die on cast
Last Word (passive) AoE reduced from 750 to 650
Rearm no longer stacks with X Marks the Spot, Teleportation, Sanity's Eclipse and Phantasm (now only pickable in -rc rearmcombos mode)
Couriers will now properly drop Gem and Rapier if killed

As teleportation and Sanity's eclipse are not as broken and widely picked as x-marks and phantasm, they can be dealt with later if needed (they both have items that can stop them)

rearm phantasm has ruined plenty of games, xmark is op.

rearm tp and sanity are not as much of a concern now.

Rearm phantasm and Rearm x marks are just almost impossible to counter/deafeat. OP!

I definitely support this, especially because they were disallowed in the update (even though we can't play that verison). One question though, is it only Phantasm that's banned with Rearm, or are we including things like Metamorph + Naga Mirror Image + Rearm?

Edit: In the changelog it seems it's only Phantasm, which answers the question I guess.

Combinations will be labeled as glitch and will therefore be ban-able starting Sunday.
