Lod question (need high admin answer)

Is it allowed to use x marks with rearm if im not using it for any kind of teleportation? e.g. xmark snowball hoof mines (some ult) and rearm and use it just before snowball.

It is my understanding that the rearm combos have been banned as they were no longer stackable in newer versions of the game. This is what the rule was based off of, and that would mean that the combo in general has been banned while playing on ENT Gaming bots.

is it ok if I only use Xmark on enemy to keep him in the same spot for the whole game?
