auto kick downloaders

My suggestion is to set the public hosting bots to auto kick downloaders on DotA v6.77c

!downloads {0|1|2} disable/enable/conditional map downloads

Does the above command not work for you?

That only works over Battle.net chat, so only for admins I think.

You'll be able to use !download off / !download on after bots restart.
