in most moba games if a player disconnects or rage quits, you are free to leave (you will lose your mmr/elo but not get leaver penalty)

can this be applied in the public bots of ent?

sometimes a team refuses to draw and a team mate refuses to !ff and u are stuck to a possible 45 minute game with a foreseeable outcome (99% chance to lose)
