Disabling autoban due to updates

While this tool is usually handy to autoban leavers, it is causing interference people who are legitimately getting disconnected due to the updates that blizzard implemented.

It's a bit annoying considering that we're getting banned for games that we don't leave and appeals aren't the viable option due to different time zones that the administrators live in (not to mentioned all the admin work behind it.)

This of course is just temporary and can restored once we have a stable version.

Same suggestion as this. "We will think about it" is your answer. Hopefully b.net just gets its shit together before then.
